a)      Any replacement of goods sought for by any customer will be entertained only when received within 21 days of the date of  sale(s).

 

b)      The good/item for which a replacement has been sought for will be subject to examination by experts of V.P.  regarding its technical damage.

 

c)      No cash or refund of money will be allowed, but item/goods only will be replaced.The descision of the expert committee related to this will be final and binding on the buyer.
