while sending your quotation :
1.
Only DAVP empanelled printers of category ‘A’
may apply.
2.
The rates should include the charges for packing,
forwarding, taxes etc.
3.
You must send the paper sample of the specified GSM
along with your quotation. If the paper sample is not
enclosed, the quotation will not be considered.
4.
Your quoted rate must be valid for six months. Within
this period no increase in the quoted rates will be allowed.
Kindly quote your best lowest rates for the quantities
mentioned. Your quotations should reach to the undersigned
latest by 23 Sept’ 2008.Please definitely superscribe
