VP is
interested in getting the jobs of photocopy and binding for
preparing forth nightly magazine Clipset (24 issues in a year)
as per the specifications given below :-
(a)
Photocopy
i)
Size : A4
ii)
Paper: 75 GSM
iii) Input: One master copy (containing 100-150 pages)
+ front covers of
magazine
(material to be collected and delivered personally on time
at office address)
iv)
Total sets: 40 (which may varies according to subscribers)
v)
Frequency: two magazines in a month
(b) Binding:
as per magazine
Kindly quote
your best lowest rates for job (a) and (b) mentioned above.
The rates should include charges for taxes etc. Quotation
should reach to, The Registrar, Vigyan Prasar,A-50,
Institutional Area ,Sector-62,Noida (UP) latest by
7 July 2008.
Please mention “Quotation for photocopy and binding work for
Clipset “on the top of the envelope.
There will be
no compromise on quality and if the production is not found
satisfactory, penalty may be imposed.
