Further you must follow the below mentioned terms & conditions
while sending your quotation :

Only DAVP
empanelled printers of Category ‘B’ may apply. A copy of
DAVP certificate regarding the category must be enclosed
with your quotation.

The rates should
include the charges for packing, forwarding, taxes etc.

You must send the
paper sample of the specified GSM along with your quotation.
If the paper sample is not enclosed, the quotation may be
treated as cancelled.

Your quoted rate
must be unchangeable in any circumstances for six months.
Within this period your request for increase in the quoted
rate will not be agreed by Vigyan Prasar.
Kindly quote your best lowest rates for the quantities
mentioned.Your
quotations should reach to the undersigned latest by 07 July
2008. Please definitely superscribe “Quotation for the book
To Reach the Star” on the top of the envelop.
