(1000x20 English; 1000x20 Hindi)

Further you must follow the below mentioned terms & conditions
while sending your quotation :

Only DAVP
empanelled printers of Category ‘A’ may apply. A copy of
DAVP certificate regarding the category must be enclosed
with your quotation.

The rates should
include the charges for packing, forwarding, taxes etc.

You must send the
paper sample of the specified GSM along with your quotation.
If the paper sample is not enclosed, the quotation will not
be considered.

Your quoted rate
must be valid for six months. Within this period no increase
in the quoted rates will be allowed.
Kindly quote your best lowest rates for the quantities
mentioned.Your
quotations should reach to the undersigned latest by 10 July
2008. Please definitely superscribe “Quotation for Planet
Earth Posters” on the top of the envelop.
