VP had sought proposals from various agencies for undertaking dubbing of the 39 episodes of programmes telecast in DD National into 11 Indian languages for telecast through the regional DDKs. At the time of the invitation of proposals it was stated that a) not more than three language dubbing work would be given to one agency b) selection would be based on sample translated scripts c) profile and sample work would be considered for evaluation of suitable agency.

    VP had constituted three separate committee – viz (i) one for evaluation of the sample CDs (ii) for evaluation of the profile /past experience (iii) two member expert team for each language for evaluation of the scripts.  Based upon the scores obtained by each agency the selection committee made the final list.  Following firms are selected for the award of work as mentioned against their name below in the table
