network: Network with three
servers (One RAID and two NON- RAID) with 27 nodes (20 nodes
in Ground Floor and 7 nodes in Second Floor). Server room is

ANNEXURE II
The terms and conditions on the
basis of which the contract will be awarded are as given
below:
-
· The
firm should be Authorized service provider of at least one
of the following brands: WIPRO, HP, IBM, HCL.
-
· The
contract would be comprehensive excluding batteries for UPS.
-
· The
firm should have successfully undertaken similar work in
Govt. Department/ Ministries for computer maintenance.
Copies of contract letter in this regard have to be attached
as proof.
-
· The
firm should have Work Contract Certificate registered in
their name. (Copy of registration certificate should be
attached as proof in this regard).
-
· The
firm should have PAN allotted to them by the Income Tax
Department (proof to be attached).
-
· The
firm should have obtained Sates Tax and Service Tax
certificates issued by Govt. (proof to be
attached).
-
· A
fall clause will be effective to the approved rates, i.e. if
the firm undertakes identical works in other ministries at
rates lower than the rates approved by the Department, the
firm will charge at those rates from this department as
well.
-
· Payment
will be made on quarterly basis.
-
· The
vendor selected for AMC has to submit bank guarantee to VP.
