As Drawing and Disbursing officer of VP.
All matters concerning Finance and Accounts of VP,maintenance and upkeep of accounts of VP as per Govt. Rules and Regulations. To manage the funds of Society and responsible for all money received by Society through grants,donations and gifts etc is credited to the account of Society and to arrange all payment on behalf of Society. Is responsible for peraparing and finalizing Annual Budget estimate, revised estimate and supplementry Budget estimate for consideration of the Director of Society. Is responsible for the Banking operations,maintenance,preparation of Annual accounts, monitoring and control of expenditure etc. To assist the Audit of accounts from various agencies. |
